Request a Translator (Document Translation)

As we work to enhance our support for all students and families, our Parent and Community Engagement (PACE) Center is excited to begin fully implementing interpreter services across the district. These services are critical in ensuring that non-English-speaking families have equitable access to important information and are fully engaged in their child's education.

For your convenience, we now staffed our district with two professional qualified interpreters of the two most commonly spoken languages in our district, Spanish and Portuguese. We also encourage you to use Lionbrige Phone Interpreter Services for any other language, and whenever possible.

To streamline the process of requesting interpreter services, the IT department has developed a new request tab in the Incident IQ; our district’s ticketing system. This platform will allow you to easily submit and manage interpreter requests for meetings and school events.

Instructions for Using the Interpreter Request Platform Stepbystepvideo:

  1. Access the ticketing system through the district's IncidentIQ Ticketing System.
  2. Select "Equipment Request”.
  3. Select “Translation Request”.
  4. Fill out all information necessary.
