X2 Aspen Family & Student Portal

Aspen is a secure Student Information Management System created by X2 Development Corporation, a subsidiary of Follett Software Company. The Fall River Public Schools has used Aspen since 2004 to manage student information, including grading, scheduling, attendance, special education, health management, state-reporting, and other data. Parents of students in grades 6-12 can log into Aspen to view address and contact information, attendance, progress reports, and report cards.

How to Access:

  1. Click the Aspen link at the top of fallriverschools.org, then the appropriate login link
  2. Access to the parent portal is best done on a web browser, but you can also access Aspen from your mobile device.
  3. Follett Aspen Go is the official mobile app for Follett® Aspen Student Information System

Parent Log In:

  1. You will receive an email with your username (your email on file) and numeric password.
  2. Enter your username and password in the Log In and Password area at the top portion of the screen.

What Can You See as a Parent:

My Info Tab will show you transcript records, attendance, contacts, and your student’s schedule
Academic Tab will show students the classes they are enrolled in, assignments, and grading information.
NOTE: The Groups and Calendar tabs are available to use, but in most cases, they do not have a lot of information.
 

PARENTS/GUARDIANS:  If you did not receive the Parent Portal Sign Up Letter, please call the school office and ask to get another letter mailed, emailed, or faxed to you. Parents must return a signed form to gain access to the Parent Portal. Thank you
