PRIOR MEETINGS

WHEN: Tuesday, March 4, 2025

WHERE:  VIRTUAL MEETING

TIME: 6:00pm-8:00pm

Planning for the future of a child with special needs is crucial. Join us on Tuesday, March 4th, at 6:00 PM for a virtual session with Attorney Lahti of Fletcher Tilton who will explain the importance of ABLE accounts and estate planning—what they are, how they work, and how they can benefit your loved ones.

An ABLE account is a tax-advantaged savings account for people with disabilities that won’t affect benefits like SSI or Medicaid. Estate planning ensures long-term financial and legal protections, often through special needs trusts and guardianship arrangements.

Don't miss this opportunity to get valuable information and have your questions answered!
