The English Learner Parent Advisory Council (ELPAC) is a welcoming group of parents, caregivers, educators, and community members who work together to support multilingual learners and their families throughout Fall River Public Schools.
Whether your child is new to learning English or has been in our schools for years, your ideas and experiences matter.

Who Can Join?
All parents and guardians of students who are English Learners (Multilingual Learners) in Fall River Public Schools are welcome.
No experience is needed, just your willingness to participate!

Meeting Dates and Information
Families of English Learners are invited to join us each month for our English Learner Parent Advisory Council (ELPAC) meetings. These meetings provide an opportunity to learn about district programs and resources, share feedback, and connect with other families.
Meetings are held at Fonseca Elementary School, 160 N. Wall Street, from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Meeting dates will be posted here during the school year.
