Algebra 1:

Course Description: Some of the major topics covered during this year long course include linear equations and inequalities, slope, functions, systems of equations, polynomials, factoring, quadratic functions, and radicals. A primary aim of the course will be the development of a variety of methods used to solve more complex algebraic equations. A scientific calculator is recommended.

Advanced Algebra and Trigonometry:

Course Description:This college prep elective course is a continuation of Algebra II. Topics of study include analyzing and applying the properties of functions, trigonometric functions and identities, and analytical geometry. A scientific calculator is required.

Prerequisite:A passing grade in Algebra II is required.
