As a result of the new Freshmen Academy at B.M.C. Durfee High School upperclassmen are experiencing a new schedule that the school has never had before. Student's fifth period classes are no longer rotating with the rest of their schedule and students have the same lunch every day of the week.

"It's stupid that they separate us from our friends by having the same lunch." -Richard Tinnoco '15

"I'm not used to it, it throws off my day." -Kennedy Branco '14 "I don't like it. I always have to skip the same period for sports." -Matt Mello '15
"The only thing that stinks about it is that you have lunch with the same people every day." -Carson Moreira-Rego '14 "I don't like it because then that means we have to have the same lunches and I like to have different lunches. It makes the week go by faster." -Kaitlyn Dolan '16
