X Factor is officially back and better than ever. New faces are the trend for this upcoming season, starting with the judges. Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato return for this season accompanied by newcomers, Kelly Rowland, formally of Destiny’s Child and Paulina Rubio, a Mexican singer, actress, hostess, model, and businesswoman. Rowland and Rubio have sold over 104 million records worldwide so it’s safe to say that they are more than capable of finding the next singer with the “X factor.”

Along with the two new judges, millions of new contestants are also trying to fill up the limited spots left on the X Factor stage. If you are a fan of the show, you will remember former finalists Tate Stevens and Carly Rose Sonenclar, aqnd understand that the new contestants have a lot to live up to.

As of now, the season is still in the audition stage of the show. Contestants walk up to the empty stage in front of millions of people watching, including the four whose opinions mean the most. They belt out all that they have and pray to hear the word “Yes” at least three times. But if they hear that word and less times than that, they’re hopes and dreams are crushed and they have to go home broken hearted. All the positions haven’t been filled yet, but there sure is a lot of potential being shown.

Tune in to Fox at 8 o’clock sharp on Wednesdays and Thursdays if you want to hear the next big thing before everyone else does. X Factor is ready to show the world what they’ve got for another season.
