IMPORTANCE OF ATTENDANCE:
The education of children is of utmost importance. Continuing in every grade can only be accomplished with a consistent attendance record.
LOOK AT WHAT'S GOING ON AT GREENE!
Students in Mrs. Guimond's Kindergarten Class celebrated Dr. Seuss Day with One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish.
They used white boards to record equations after being told addition stories. Then, they enjoyed using red and blue fish to make different combinations to make 10. They recorded their own addition sentences to go along with their fishbowl.
The children have been working with addition within 10 and this book helped develop those mathematical skills and concepts.
S tudents in Mrs. Farias Kindergarten Class celebrated the 100th day of school by creating posters with the help of their families. The children collected items or drew pictures in the amount of 100. Almost all of the students completed their project. Certificates were awarded to the children.
Great Job to all of our students!
