GOOGLE APPS K-12 PERMISSION SLIP

A few of my students are unable to log in, what should I do?
1. Check in X2 that the student has returned a permission slip allowing them to use the service.
2. Make sure you are using the proper naming convention to sign them in. (92frankfarias= username / Frank1992= password)
To be certain compare the username you are trying with what they have entered in X2. *only use lowercase in usernames.
*If a student's username is greater than 20 characters please add @frsp.msad to the username when logging into a computer. (92frankfarias-rodriguez@frps.msad) You will not need to do this when logging into Google Apps.
3. Make sure the student didn't already change the password associated with the account. If so call 508-675-8402 to have it reset.
4. If you are still unable to gain access submit a ticket with our Tech support dept. via X2 or by calling 508-675-402.
For further help with your new Google Apps account please log into our Moodle intranet site at my.fallriverschools.org and enroll in FRPS Google Apps for FRPS Staff located under the District Technology heading.
