Fact fluency is very important for all grade levels.

Kindergarten should focus on number identification, counting forward and backward, and combining numbers to make 5 and 10.

Grade 1 should continue to work on number identification, counting forward and backward, and combining numbers to 10 and 20.

Please practice addition and subtraction facts in

grade 2.

Grade 3, 4, and 5 should already know their addition and subtraction facts

and should focus on multiplication and division facts.
