Now you can reset/retrieve your own passwords online! This tool helps users perform self service password reset and retrieve online 24/7. In order to reset and/or retrieve passwords, you must first use your current username and password to enroll!
Contact your office or supervisor to get your temporary password. If they are unable to assist you contact 508-675-8402 for further assistance.
Step 2 - Enrollment
*You must complete this step before you retrieve or reset your password. You only need to complete this step once.
*Do not add @fallriverschools.org to your username
Forgot your password? Answer the security questions you entered during enrollment so you can reset it.
*When the pop up window appears click cancel to begin the process.
*You will need to know your current password to successfully complete this process.
*If you are unsure of you password please complete the retrieval process.
*You should consider changing your password every few months.
