FACULTY/STAFF: Any staff member interested in having an individual web page on the school web site should contact Brad Silva (IMC) at dsilva@fallriverschools.org for a website request form.
TO ALL TEACHERS: When an office slips a student and it says "at once" please abide by this request in case of emergency situations.
CLASS LISTS: Teachers can run their own class lists in real time: 1. Access your My Info Tab of your Staff View. 2. Click Schedule side-tab to display your schedule. 3 Choose any of the Class List reports to run and it will run for the current selection of your classes for you to review and print out.
FACULTY/STAFF: We would appreciate your help in controlling traffic to the main office for bus passes. Students should not be given a pass out of class for the purpose of getting a bus pass for any reason. Students can obtain bus passes before school, during lunch or after school ONLY.
ELECTRONIC DEVICES: Any faculty or staff member that collects an electronic device is asked to please turn it in to the main office or respective grade office by the end of the school day. We often have parents coming in to pick up the confiscated items after school or the following morning and it is important that we have the item available. Also, please include the students name, grade and the date it was taken. Thank you.
RECYCLING SCHEDULE: Monday 8:40 -9:30 1st Floor 9:35-10:25 2nd Floor Thursday 8:40-9:30 3rd Floor 9:35-10:25 4th Floor *Please email loconnor@fallriverschools.org if you are in need a recycling bin *Please leave bins close to the door so students do not disrupt classes.
LAMINATION: In an effort to have less disturbances during our classrooms when our students are learning, FRED-TV has arranged a lamination schedule for all staff.
DROP OFF: WEDNESDAY MORNING BETWEEN 7:00AM- 9:00AM (ONLY) PICK UP: (next day) THURSDAYS BETWEEN 7:00AM – 9:00AM (ONLY) FRED-TV is not responsible for items left in lamination.
PICTURING AMERICA RESOURCES: The Keeley Library has received an educator resource book and gallery quality posters from the Picturing America grant. Picturing America provides educators with an engaging way to teach American history, culture, and other subjects through the use of artistic images. For more information and lesson ideas, go to the website (http://picturingamerica.neh.gov/) and then come to the library to borrow the resources to use with classes.
IMPORTANT TELEPHONE INFORMATION:
Placing calls outside of building/district:
- Dial 9 plus the telephone number
- Disregard any tone you may get while dialing the number
- When you finish dialing, wait and your call will go through after a few seconds (again, Disregard any tone you may get)
Placing calls to another building in the district:
- Dial 97 plus the 3-digit extension
Calling room to room:
- When calling another classroom, you must first dial a 2 (i.e. room 400, you would enter 2400); if it is a two digit room, you must first dial 25 (i.e. room 56, you would dial 2556)
SECURITY: Security's extension is 1257. To reach a school resource officer, please dial 1448.
Reporting Faculty/Staff absences: Staff absences can be reported by calling 508-675-8100 and entering extension 1196 when you hear the greeting.
