Ms. Boland has been working as a guidance counselor at Durfee since 2003. She is originally from New York City and received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Queens College. After working for several years as an outreach counselor, Ms. Boland continued her education at the University of Massachusetts Boston and received a master's degree in Education. Ms. Boland is available for drop-in meetings with students in the mornings, after school, and during the lunch period. Students can schedule appointments during the school day by signing up in the grade office.
