Out-of-School Youth Planning Team

The main goals of the Out-of-School Youth Planning Team:

• Create a more accurate portrayal of the out-of-school youth population
• Who are they 
• What are their needs?
• Analyze and determine service gaps to meet needs 

• Generate recommendations from this data, develop protocols to close service gaps

• Ensure pathways meet current labor demands and critical and emerging industry clusters
• Develop career awareness activities and occupational pathways to industry clusters
• Develop pathways for special populations
• Assess the policy and funding environment to assist in development of financial plan for new and expanded pathways
