In order to celebrate the life and teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King and to encourage widespread community participation that will result in activities that serve to improve Fall River, youth groups are challenged to compete in the Red Wagon Competition.
On Monday, January 19th, all groups accepting the challenge will be invited to a celebration at CD Recreation located at 72 Bank Street.
Five winning projects will receive a coveted Red Wagon and a gift card to Wal-Mart during a youth celebration event on March 19, 2009.
Please contact Christian McCloskey at CMcCloskey@fallriverma.org for more details.
FACULTY/STAFF: Please excuse students who have received an invitation to attend the two presentations by the U.S. Marine Jazz Combo on Wednesday, January 7. The workshop is for those music students from 9:00 – 11:00 AM and Social Science Department and NJROTC during period 7 (time slot 6, 12:46 PM – 1:36 PM) who received a slip.
