May 15, 2012 - Durfee 8, Brockton 4
Jared Wages pitched a complete 9 inning game vs. Brockton. He struck out 12 batters, gave up 6 hits, and walked 4. Durfee was led offensively by Bobby Aspirinio who was 3-for-4 with an RBI. Devin Sanders was 2-for-4 with an RBI and Chad Martins was also 2-for-4 with two RBI and a sacrifice bunt. Durfee is now 6-11 overall and 2-1 in the Big 3.
May 7, 2012 - Somerset 8, Durfee 4
Durfee gave up four runs in the first inning, committing 2 errors. Somerset went on to win the game 8-4. John O'Neil and Chad Martins had two hits and Bobby Aspirinio had a triple. Devin Sanders took the loss, giving up only 3 earned runs.
May 3, 2012 - Durfee 12, Bridgewater-Raynham 5
Durfee banged out 15 hits in the win. John O'Neil, Devin Sanders, Bobby Aspirinio, Jared Wages, and John Bonanca all had multiple hits. Aspirinio had 3 RBI and O'Neil and Sanders both scored 3 runs. Andrew Sutton got the win, going 4 innings with 6 strikeouts. Nick Silva pitched the final three innings, giving up no runs and striking out four.
April 25, 2012 - Barnstable 8, Durfee 1
The Durfee baseball team lost to Barnstable, 8-1. Durfee used six pitchers with Kyle Souza pitching the 2nd inning and getting the loss. Kyle also had an RBI base hit in the 2nd inning, scoring Chad Martins. John O'Neil and Devin Sanders had the only other hits for the Hilltoppers. Durfee falls to 3-5 on the season with New Bedford coming up on Saturday night at 6pm in New Bedford.
